White ginger starch settles
We use whole ginger root for our infusion. Therefore a layer of ginger starch may settle in the bottle. It's fine to leave the starch on the bottom, simply shake and enjoy.
Ingredients
Organic raw apple cider vinegar (6% acidity), organic cane sugar, honey, organic ginger, organic Hawaiian chilis.
How to use

I first had a sample at Farmers Market and realized that this is good stuff. I find it delicious and salutory. I might start my day with a few teaspoons (give or take) in the insulated mug. I might drink half of it and finish the evening with the now cool drink. Refreshing. Good taste blend. I have not had refrig bereft of some for many years. And as far as I can tell, these are good folks.

I first discovered Shrub Farm's Shrub while vacationing in Maui. I overheard a bartender talking to a woman on a Babymoon about the delicious cocktail he could make her using "Shrub". I Googled it, then sat at the bar to watch him make it. I got a small taste and quickly realized it would go great with my regular drink of tequila. It is a perfect match! I spent the rest of the trip with a splash of Shrub in my Yeti with tequila. Ok, more than a splash of Shrub, probably 1/8 cup per one cup of tequila...and that would last me all day, so don't judge! In addition to tasting great, the cider part of Shrub keeps your tummy balanced so there is less gas while traveling and less motion sickness on a boat! I always have a variety of flavors ready to go at home in the fridge or unopened in the pantry. It is a crowd pleaser!
